Manual Cheese Press. Force is controlled by the size of the weight and its position. The pinkish cylinder represents a cheese mold where the curd is place to be pressed and whey drained. You can use any size mold that will fit, make the appropriate top to be pushed.I haven't had time to make this yet so please double check all dimensions. Happy cheese making :)
