This is a versatile cheesemold used specifically for crafting delicious cheeses. I designed it to work in conjunction with a vorm and a volger, all of which serve a purpose in shaping the perfect wheel of cheese. A key feature of this design is the inclusion of a persring that can be adapted for pressing Brie-style cheeses as well as others. Please note that these designs have not been thoroughly tested, so some experimentation may be required to achieve optimal results.
