"Cheese Knife" and Chopping Board

The perfect blade for a messy task is the worst choice for a speedy project. I needed to whip up something fast to hone my prop-making skills. My eyes landed on our kitchen's trusty knife and cutting board, which my roommate had used to slice cheese with abandon, despite not even bothering to clean it afterwards - a great reference point that I couldn't wait to model, texture, and bring to life before the clutter was cleared away.
