This is my submission to the New Museum Challenge. I'm counting on the experimental dual extrusion being part of the rules under "...and printable on a MakerBot Thing-O-Matic." A two-color gingham picnic goblet that can be disassembled, turned upside down, and reassembled for convenience when stored or traveling is exactly what I had in mind. Once closed, it should prevent any sticky residue from the day's drinks from messing up the inside of your bag, saving you from washing it before packing it away to come home. A QR code can be embedded in the base layers, serving as both a retail identifier and showing the entire history of the item, its components, and any recycling information. It can even point to a unique URL when used as a gift or promotion, etc. This design can be assembled into sets of six with a printable connector.
