Here is my very small smartphone mount that's always with you, wherever you go. It measures a mere 84x54x2MM, making it the perfect accessory to stash in your wallet or purse. The Version V2.4 is the latest upgrade, and I'm excited to share its features with you. Assembling this stand takes just seconds - simply wear it on your wallet and snap it into place. Two convenient holes allow for easy attachment to a tripod, giving you more flexibility when capturing those perfect shots. Check out the video demonstration on YouTube to see how it works in action: https://youtu.be/Kw5hPtZZA_M. You can also find assembly tutorials on YouTube for Versions 2.4 and 2.3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90HNzugImHQ, https://youtu.be/tuVGdW3C-PU, and https://youtu.be/WRjGRb7x7aY). This stand replaces my previous smartphone stand design, which you can still find on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1252231. A huge thank-you to madmax2 for his brilliant idea in the comments section of my first mobile stand! Print Settings: * Printer: RepRap Prusa i3 acrylic frame * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer * Infill: Doesn't matter * Notes: Ensure your printer is well-calibrated to print the smartphone stand accurately, especially with regards to the "small hole problem". Recommended print settings: * Nozzle: 0.4mm * Layer height: 0.2mm * Filament diameter: 1.75mm PLA * Nozzle temperature: 210°C * Printed bed temperature: 65°C * Speed: 15mm/sec. * Slicing software: Slic3r 1.2.9 I've included my slicer configuration files for your convenience, along with a plain text version from the G-code file. If issues persist with parts not fitting together correctly, investigate potential problems related to small holes online. Additionally, if you encounter difficulties with tight or loose hinges, experiment with adjusting the extruder multiplier or filament diameter in your 3D printer settings. This option should be included in every slicing software, as it allows for adaptation to different filaments. To simplify printing, I've provided separate files for each component, allowing you to choose custom print settings for each part. Perhaps you'd like to print the disk slightly larger or smaller to achieve a better fit with your printer. I've also added an improved version (File ending -4) and a 3mm variant (File ending -5), both of which require support during printing. Easily adaptable to different phone sizes, "Einsatz" adapters range from 8.5 to 12.5mm, while "_full" adapters provide a blank canvas for your own cutting needs. The full disk "Scheibe_full" is also available for this purpose. Lastly, I've included the middle-parts without logos, known as "_ol" parts.
