Here's a cheap idea for a bed clip: A modified spring from a clothes peg (UK) will do the trick. If you don't have any bed insulation material, I highly recommend adding something to the metal end that will contact the underside of the bed. This is crucial to prevent scratching off the protective layer of the heat bed and causing a short circuit.
