Pen Tips for the Remarkable Tablet Require SLA Printing To create pen tips for the Remarkable tablet, you'll need to use Stereolithography (SLA) printing technology instead of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). This method works well on the Peopoly Moai printer, and other SLA printers should also produce excellent results. Digital Light Processing (DLP) printers may also be suitable. For optimal results, I recommend printing a 5x5 tip with default supports in Asura at a resolution of 40 microns. Be cautious not to print too many sets too closely together, as the peel force can cause slight deformation in the shaft of the pen tip, leading to improper function (false touches, etc.). It's essential to use tough resin when printing these tips, as standard model resin may not provide sufficient durability. April 12, 2019: I've confirmed that 3x3 tips work perfectly. April 13, 2019: Due to peel force deformation issues with larger tip sizes, I removed the 10x10 tip design and updated the shape to be closer to the original Remarkable pen tips. This change has resulted in successful functionality of the 5x5 tips. May 30, 2019: Remember to use tough resin for printing these pen tips, as standard model resin may not provide sufficient strength, potentially leading to tip damage or loss.
