I've had adhesion success, sometimes too good, since using Rave hairspray, didn't like the overspray though. I was using a bingo marker filled with Rave brand pump hairspray to coat my build plate till the foam tip wore off. While searching empty dauber bottles I found DIY mop markers used for graffiti/tagging. YEAHHHHHH.... Just what I was looking for and the price is right. Supplies A roll on deodorant bottle A few squares of felt I found these at dollar tree but I'm sure a scrap of fleece would probably work. A length of string...optional Instructions Remove the ball from the deodorant bottle. Empty and rinse. Roll up the felt. It needs to fit snug. Wrap the end of the felt about 2 or 3 inches with string....or not. Fill the bottle, about 3/4, with HS. Twist the felt about half way in the bottle. Trim the felt just above the top of the bottle so the cap fits. Give it a little squeeze to wet the nib. Nice even adhesive coating on your build plate with no overspray. Dries fast too. Fer $4 its probably a years supply.
