Cheap Knife Handle
thingiverse
I'll be replacing the knife handle last week in my kitchen, and what I found was that there wasn't much holding it together in the first place. The custom fit for this particular blade is evident. It appears to be a dollar store knife. PLA will work well for the replacement handle, and I would recommend at least 50% infill or more. Depending on how thick the blade is, some heat should help it slide smoothly into the new handle. If it's too loose, a little epoxy should do the trick.
