Cheap Ebay Crossbow Replacement String Caps

I purchased one of those economical crossbows on eBay, but after the third shot the small plastic sleeves that retain the string exploded after cracking. Once I produced a fresh set of sleeves and installed them everything functioned flawlessly. I'm unsure about the reliability of these components, but so far, they've performed admirably.
