Cheap DIY Quadrocopter
thingiverse
Hello there!\nThis is my very first DIY quadrocopter, proudly built from scratch.\nThe total cost of this flying marvel came in at around €250-300.\nThe estimated flight time comes in between 15-25 minutes,\nat an impressive take-off weight of 1.4Kg.\nStay tuned for a comprehensive, detailed guide to building this bad boy; it's still a work-in-progress... perhaps.\nYou can do it, though! Even without instructions - just follow my lead. Writing those manual parts isn't exactly my cup of tea.\nHere's the Changelog:\n\n24/08/2014:\nThe 'abdeckung_v2.stl' has been added to reveal the receiver and KK2.1 board for all to see,\na convenient update which allows you to now see what's going on inside this beauty.\nThe landing gear reinforcement, also known as "landegestell_verstaerkung", was upgraded - meaning you can mount extra goodies such as your trusty GoPro directly onto the landing gear, just make sure to source a matching mounting kit beforehand.
