This is a high-quality rubber-band case for an excellent, affordable ($15) Chinese-made diving compass ([link](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32997803615.html)). To assemble it, four M3x10 screws are required. **IMPORTANT:** The screws must be made from A2 or A4 stainless steel (or another non-magnetic alloy that won't disrupt the compass readings). Since the bottom is slightly contoured for wearing on the left hand, you need to mirror the parts to create a right-hand model.
