Affordable 203 under barrel launcher. Everything is printable except the barrel, which is a simple piece of 1.5in schedule 40 PVC. The launcher is held together with a mixture of M3 screws and melt-in threaded brass inserts. This will happily fire tag rounds (first gen tested, not second gen) and all standard 40mm rounds. For the barrel, take a section of pvc, slide the grip over it, mark the length you want (I prefer about 2 inch of stick-out) and cut it. Then simply epoxy the barrel into the grip.
