thingiverse
Here is a 3D printer housing thermostat fan case with variable wall thickness. ALL PARTS ARE TESTED AND READY TO USE. JUST PLUG IN (my case uses a 3mm thick wall). All uploaded parts need to be printed once, including the Deckel and Hinten. To assemble the case, you will need: W1209 Thermostat (12V) - This is a critical component that regulates the temperature. Fan 80x80x25 (12V) - A powerful fan that keeps your printer cool. 8x 5x5xM3 Brass Inlet (Mounted in the printed parts with a soldering iron) (OD5mm M3x5mm) - These brass inlets provide a secure connection for the fan and thermostat. 6x Screw DIN912 M3x18 mm (front to the backcover) - Use these screws to attach the front cover to the back cover. 2x Screw DIN912 M3x5 mm (Thermostat) - Secure the thermostat with these screws. If you have a thicker wall, simply add 15mm to the length of the case to accommodate your specific needs. The size of the recess can be found in the pictures, along with an exploded view of the assembly. I set the temperature to 40 degrees Celsius, which means the fan starts at 40 degrees and turns off at 38 degrees Celsius. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask! Greetings.
