Chauncey is a Wrylon Robotical Flower Care Robot that unfortunately stopped being produced on a large scale in 1913 due to unfortunate circumstances. But you can build your own fully functional, 3D-printed Chauncey model with the published Mk. I plans found in the excellent 3D Printing Projects book. Now, this updated version of Chauncey uses an Adafruit CLUE microcontroller board running CircuitPython and a Bonsai Buckaroo add-on board to sense soil moisture levels and water your flower or plant using a small submersible pump. Chauncey was designed by Barry McWilliams and modeled by Barry McWilliams and John Park. A full tutorial on how to build Chauncey is coming soon to Adafruit Learn System.
