Carved outcrop on Chattonpark Hill, Northumberland, emerges prominently.\nThis sloping area of exposed outcrop measures around 8.5m x 6m (2018) and features numerous faded cup and partial ring motifs. Given the level of wear, it's likely that the carved surface has been exposed for long periods.\nRecorded on the Beckensall Archive as 'Chatton 3,' it was added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008. \nERA Record: https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=119\nAlthough the rock is marked on Ordnance Survey maps, it doesn't appear to be covered by area scheduling, but was previously part of a stewardship scheme.\nThis decimated model was created from 29 stereo pairs captured using a 5mp Nikon Coolpix 5400 by Joe Gibson in January 2007. The imagery formed part of the NADRAP / ERA archive.
