Chattering Teeth - manual version - Fixed Sockets
thingiverse
The previous design had round holes for square teeth, causing fitting issues and improper "gum" alignment. To resolve these problems, I modified the "gums" to have flat bases, ensuring better tooth placement. After fixing the design, a revised version is available for download. For Thing-O-Matic users, the size was reduced by 0.9 for optimal platform fit; larger printers may not need this adjustment. Both parts should print without support. To assemble, carefully bend the bridge between halves and insert teeth, eliminating the need for dremel adjustments in the updated version.
