I modified this heavily from somewhere but I can't seem to find my original download. I think it is this filename ASP_CF-PC+CEX_28mm. This is made in two pieces to fit inside ultrasaber lost gray. I am using a 28mm speaker, crystal focus X V 10.2, a 16mm antivandal with ring led, a luxeon single LED (hot-glued to the small er piece (held in place in the saber by friction) and the 7.4V battery from TCSS. If you want to be able to easily take apart, you will need to use jst connectors for the switch - otherwise it you will not be able to remove the blade LED without desoldering the LED switch. The CFX slides in and holds perfectly by friction on the longer piece (with the speaker) and the 7.4 volt battery fits up against the recharge port. You can probably use very thin velcro strip, or maybe a zip tie to hold the battery, but I just used some hot glue. It is is a very snug fit, so there isn't a lot of room for things to move around anyways. I used a larger 5W resistor for the LED and hotglued it to the end of the battery. You have to alert to the fact that the switch needs space to fit and room for the nut. ALSO, be sure you are using an antivandal switch (or whatever you decide on) that is LONG enough to thread. Some of the short switches do not have enough threads to reach. Some are ok but you are better off with longer antivandals. I left a slot in the longer piece for the recharge port wires to slip into so you don't have the thread through. Also, once you add on a jst connector, it won't fit back through that hole.
