Download the STL files for my recently 3D-printed drive-train, created in Autodesk Inventor. Additionally, I designed an adapter for an Arduino mount available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:101985. Due to using square nuts, there are square holes in the design; however, modifications can be made upon request. For wheels, consider my fully printable mecanum wheel designs on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:172204). Mount them onto servo horns using glue or screws. I successfully used the latter method. Assembling instructions: Print on a Makerbot Replicator 1, ensuring it fits your bed. Use 20% infill, 2 shells, and a raft for optimal results. Avoid issues by following these steps. Attach parts using screws with .125" diameter (e.g., computer case screws). You'll need two brackets, three spans, and two frames.
