Charlotte valve for Body Glove Aire
thingiverse
This is a remix of the brilliant Charlotte valve, designed for use with the Body Glove Aire mask available from Costco. I'm not proficient in F360, so this was created using Tinkercad. One version is an exact replica of the original, while the other has a reinforced tab. I need someone who knows F360 to recreate this properly, as only the tab needs to be modified; please see the drawing for required changes. The more variants like these exist, the more options our medical professionals will have. This ultimately benefits everyone, regardless of their background or location. Check out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4241599 for a strengthened tab and an additional support unit created by ironmanromeo, in case the tab breaks off. I forgot that the inner 'box' near the tab also needs to be lowered by approximately 2.5 units. ***Update*** See v1.9. After manipulating the part in F360, I discovered that the tab sides require a reduction of roughly 3.2mm instead of 3.5. I managed to make the necessary adjustments but was unable to figure out how to fill the gap created by reducing the tab.
