Charles Addams Renovation Free 3D model

This 3D model originated in Sketchup 8 before being adapted to every other relevant 3D format. Its native file type is .skp, with a 3dsmax scene created in 3ds Max 2016 that utilizes Vray 3.00 for rendering purposes. I revitalized the Charles Addams house designed by Demilune by making it habitable. A range of upgrades were quickly implemented to make this structure inhabitable, including a refurbished roof, basic plexiglass windows, new siding, fresh paint and flooring. This upgraded home is now ready for occupancy and awaiting a family to settle in and put their own unique touches on it. Thank Demilune for creating the initial base model - it was truly wonderful!
