Charging station (laser cut)
thingiverse
This is a sleek charging station designed for tablets, smartphones, WiiU consoles, and mobile chargers of all kinds. The station expertly conceals most of the cables even while they're in use, providing ample space to stash wires and accommodate a massive multi-charger like the RAVPower 60W 12A 6 ports USB Charger. You can find this versatile charger on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00Q7WWUNA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The station's parts are carefully crafted from two precision laser cut files, labeled xxx_f1 and xxx_f2, specifically designed for cutting through 1/8 in (3.17 mm) plywood with ease. The cuts already include a 0.15 mm kerf embedded, ensuring a seamless fit every time. If your laser cutter has a slightly different kerf, don't worry – I've incorporated some deliberate tolerances into all the joints to account for any minor discrepancies. I personally cut my station on a Trotec 500 laser cutter, but if you don't have access to one, there are plenty of services like Ponoko that can do it for you: https://www.ponoko.com/ Here are the charging station's dimensions: * Width: 734 mm (28.9 in) * Depth: 596 mm (23.5 in) * Height: 79 mm (3.1 in)
