Designing a Holder for the DJI Battery Hub: Fixing It to the Wall To address the need for proper storage and laborious removal of batteries, we aim to design a holder that fixes the DJI Battery Hub (hereinafter referred to as Charging Station) to the wall. The primary objective of the Charging Claw is to be fixed on the wall without requiring constant removal. It should also enable quick removal of the charging station when needed. In CAD software, a bracket has been developed to accommodate this charging station. The bracket is secured with 4 countersunk screws and serves as the foundation for fixing the charging station. The four corner pillars of the holder each feature an inserted hook that was rigorously tested until achieving the desired result. A hook catch is placed on each corner dart, allowing for secure placement and easy removal of batteries. The charging lock is designed to provide ample space for placing 4 batteries in between, with the Mavic Battery able to be placed and removed with one hand. The Charging Claw can be removed within 5 seconds, ensuring effortless battery management.
