Charging Cable Guides for MacBook (Pro) - 15" and 12" (2016)

I was thrilled to discover that my 2016 MacBook Pro's charging cable no longer had the two little clasps that would hold the cable when not in use, so I took matters into my own hands and created a solution. This innovative design has two main features: (1) It bundles the small USB-C wire securely when not in use. (2) It keeps the main charging unit elevated and off the ground (especially on carpets) while charging your laptop, allowing for better heat transfer. After several iterations, I perfected it to snap onto the charger without breaking when made of PLA. I found that rotating it onto the charger is the most effective way to attach it. I hope you enjoy this DIY solution, and don't forget to share photos of your creations!
