Insert the lock's prong into the screw hole at the center of a standard American or Canadian receptacle. Remove the existing screw from the receptacle. Place the Samsung charger inside the sleeve, ensuring it fits snugly. Insert the receptacle end of the sleeve into an available outlet and turn on power. Replace the original screw with a longer one, securing the lock in place.
