Stick a gadget charging cable organizer on the back or top of your dresser or desk to keep cables from dropping out of sight. No more digging around behind your desk to find that pesky cable. I suggest using 3M Command Hook Tape for this project. I have all my adapters plugged into a power bar under the desk, and the cables are all clipped into this organizer. I just reach back for whichever one I need to use, and the cable slides through with ease. When I'm done, I let the weight of the cable slide back, and the end connector rests on the clip, ready for the next time I need to use it. You can insert cables with a little force, and same goes for removing them. It'll take a good tug to pull the cable out from the slot because the clips are fairly stiff by design. Made for cables that are less than 5mm in diameter. If you need a larger diameter, just scale it up in your slicer program. Print it at 120% for 6mm cables, or 140% for 7mm diameter cables. UPDATE: I've added various sizes and spacing to the design. I've also included the Fusion 360 file so you can customize the drawing. I've used variables for the number of slots, and the spacing between slots, so just edit the parameters.
