Charge Cable Holder Wall Clip

Charge Cable Holder Wall Clip

thingiverse

I'm tired of reaching for my nightstand's cable on the floor every time I go to bed. So, I decided to create a custom holder that fits neatly next to my bed, keeping everything organized. My design is best printed upright, giving it an alligator-like appearance from above with its mouth open wide. I've successfully printed this model without supports and found that 35% infill provides sufficient strength - it's unlikely to break before pulling off the wall. A bit of flexibility allows for easy removal of the charge cable. To prevent fraying on the charge cable, I carefully filleted the edges. The interior of the holder is designed to fit a standard 5mm cable, and its overall size is only slightly larger than a command strip. This makes it an ideal candidate for attaching to a wall using a command strip - simply place the tab at the bottom. With a simple design like this one, there's no need for extensive post-print processing. Just print as instructed above, and you're good to go!
