This charcoal burning stove features a horizontal setup with both stationary and mobile ovens in two pyrolysis chambers and a furnace, capable of direct or indirect heating of raw materials. The complex includes an oven for use with forklifts of 3.5-5 tons capacity. Drying is done within the retort itself via exposure to flue gases, making it highly efficient, or alternatively on a separate drying channel. With a drying channel present, this system can produce up to 110 tons of birch charcoal per month, while without the hog, production is 50 tons monthly. The furnace body measures 6250 x 3700 x 4000 and can accommodate 5-8 retorts. This setup is managed by a single staff member who can oversee operations for up to four furnaces.
