Chappie Robot Head
thingiverse
I brought the concept of Chappie's head to life by modeling it for a final project and chose to add a physical twist by creating a 3D print. The design was ultimately realized in physical form! For those who are interested in recreating this masterpiece, follow these steps: Start with a PLA material and heat up your hotend to 195 degrees Celsius. Once you've reached the ideal temperature, speed through the printing process at a rate of 40 millimeters per second. Ensure that your heated bed reaches an optimal temperature of 75 degrees Celsius to secure even prints. A vital element to keep in mind is using Cura supports to achieve a more realistic structure and detailed representation of the model's curves and textures.
