This crazy idea of mine finally saw the light after I caught wind of Chappie's release on Netflix right around Halloween. I'm glad I pursued it because it has applications beyond dressing up a Chappie action figure in a costume. A $200+ Chappie figure exists that leaves out the head, so you could easily scale them up to life-size for cosplay purposes. The hat is utterly absurd and retains its shape even when scaled up, somewhat resembling Asimo's bizarre head.
