A custom cruciform for your Chaplain terminators. I've scaled up the thunder hammer design, originally uploaded by Garin and since removed. To accommodate my oversized prints (250% larger), which yield Terminators roughly 100mm tall, you'll need to print this model at a 40% scale if you want to use it for kit-bashing standard 28mm miniatures.
