The native format is .skp and the associated 3dsmax scene was created using 3ds Max 2016, rendered utilizing Vray 3.00. Known as the Chapel of Dávila, this iconic structure was constructed between 1541 and 1554 by Don Francisco Dávila. During Admiral Ignacio Caro's tenure in office (1706), an adjacent barracks were added to serve as a military chapel for its purpose. Initially built as a private chapel funded by local families who paid Pastor Bastidas Fernandez for upkeep. In 1861, the chapel was officially declared a prominent military landmark. By 1886, Doña Mercedes de la Rocha gifted the church for use in honoring Our Lady of La Altagracia, however, the worship tradition shifted to honor Our Lady of Remedios upon completion of Santo Domingo's construction. Don Juan Alejandro Acosta's final resting place lies within this very chapel, a testament to his bravery as a Haitian invasion opponent under Admiral Cambiaso's leadership.
