Changeover of the SC8UU bearing by 623ZZ 3x10x4 mm
thingiverse
I didn't like the Chinese linear bearings that were set on my printer. I redid construction, using other bearings 623ZZ instead. Installation dimensions of my construction match the bearing with SC8UU. The adjustment screw allows to clean a gap which can arise between shaft and bearings. M3x16 screws are used for this purpose. Underneath the bearings, washers need to be placed so they can freely rotate. I used spring washers for fixing the desktop of the printer to the shaft. Screws for fixing to the desktop are of M4 size. Everything works well. Take a look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have. In height, my construction is higher than the SC8UU bearing. Be careful not to touch the printer frame with it, especially if you're using the PRUSA set. P.S. I noticed that several people downloaded my construction. Unfortunately, I accidentally uploaded the wrong file earlier. If you need a correct file, please download it again. I apologize for the mistake.
