Change the Wade's Extruder to print Ninja-Flex

Ninja-Flex and similar soft filaments require more direction than offered by Wade's extruder. For an explanation, visit http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:169086. The design includes a body and insert for 1.75mm filament, though it hasn't been tested yet. To make the process easier, print multiple small inserts; place the first one at the bottom of the body, as shown in the photo. Using a Dremel tool on the insert was crucial for me.
