Change filament GCODE

This gcode allows us to fully automate the filament change and to cancel the dead times. Just load it on the uSD and send it to print as any other file. The gcode takes care of: - bring the nozzle to temperature; - extrude some filament before changing it (keeps the nozzle clean); - expel the filament completely until the feeder takes off; - notify us to load the new filament; - completely and quickly load the filament; - eject some of the new filament: - notify us at the end of the operation. The gcode is optimized for the Ender 3 PRO, but by changing the parameters it is adaptable to any other printer. To save time, I set that after changing filament, it immediately warms up the bed to go to print without waiting. Obviously this can also be configured by changing the data inside the gcode (widely commented).
