Chandelier Blank Cover Plate

While finishing the basement, we have a room that will one day have Chandeliers, but for now, needed to cover those holes to pass permit inspections. I modeled this one from a store bought cover. We couldn't find the second cover, and to print, it cost about 40% of a new one from the store (not including gas to go pick it up).
