Chandelier
thingiverse
This is fully printable chandelier. You will need E14 lampholders and 22AWG wires, which are not printable. I used my things for this project at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1292741 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1351085. The supports should be cut first from tubes in right angle. There is a step in diameter for reference. Assembly: Printed nuts are glued to small domes. Small domes are glued to three tubes. Install the small ring, as noted below, on the center tube and install big dome on it. Glue your hook of choice on the center tube, as noted below. Cut wires to the right length and strip insulation. Tin the ends of the wires and connect them to lampholders. Slowly push wires into tubes and screw E14 lampholders into glued nuts. Install lampshade with E14 washers and fix by stock nut from lampholder. Fit assembled chandelier on ceiling and connect wires. Add E14 LED lamps by personal taste. That's it! Notes: You can select one of three hooks for a particular application. I used the longest one. The hook should be glued last. I also used a small rubber ring from water tap repairing kit to hold dome on tube in top position. E14 lampholders are just screwed inside E14 lampholder nuts. No glue is needed. This will allow you to disassemble it for repair purposes. I did not use M10x1 thread as it was not strong enough. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% or more Notes: Support is needed for domes and tubes. Brim five lines work fine.
