Champion Red's Bracer (Sun and Moon)

After fan-fiction started popping up about Red and Blue from Alola, I thought it would be a blast to cosplay the legendary trainer. Besides his iconic hat, yellow backpack, and shirt, Red sports a distinctive black bracer. I designed this bracer to stretch when you put your hand through it. The expansion is made possible by elastic, although any other band will do if you don't want the bracer to expand. Red's bracer measures roughly 3 inches in diameter by 1.5 inches tall. It can be scaled up with ease if you prefer larger segments. To build the bracer, print eight identical segments and string them together with .75 inch elastic. At the end, overlap the two ends of elastic and sew them securely. Cut off any excess elastic and tuck it into one of the many loops on the band.
