This 3D-printed CHAMP clamp features a two-part design, ensuring no overhangs exceed 45 degrees and no supports are needed. To attach, simply place the main section around the handrail and insert the lever into its slot before snapping it shut. The lever's eccentric cam surface offers secure attachment through an over-center mechanism that applies pressure to prevent slippage. Moreover, three seat track mounting options are available on both wide and narrow sides of the handrail. The entire clamp can be printed in a single session as its components fit within a 2.99 cubic inches build volume.
