The Chameleon 3 is the smart meter display unit that my energy company gave me when they installed my smart meters. I wanted it to be visible and off the counter-top, so this is designed to screw into the side of some IKEA shelves with a pair of 3x12 wood screws. The unit slides into the top. The power cable (which, it turns out, is only a micro-USB connector in a funny housing) slots in the back and holds it in place.

The model is designed to print without supports, for which you'll need to slice it so that upper 45 degree sloping surface is in contact with the print bed. It does depend on good bridging for the power cable hole and the edge of the lower lip. If you're worried about that you can add supports to those areas (or use
case-Case.3mf
which has some custom support enforcers in the right place). Either way, because the bed contact area is small, you will want to print with a brim.

I printed mine in Prusament Jet Black PLA because that's what I had lying around. PETG might be preferable if you're going to mount it somewhere it might get knocked.
