The ultimate objective is to design a mechanical ventilator that meets high standards within a remarkably short timeframe, while keeping costs low and operation simplicity in mind, making it rapidly deployable. No touch screen interface, instead featuring membrane buttons and display screens for ease of use. All necessary components are readily available on the market. The ventilator is engineered with every essential safety feature and adheres to rigorous mechanical ventilator standards. The control and monitor modules require no complex software applications, allowing for seamless integration. The output display can be substituted with pressure and volume gauges, if needed. This system boasts two precision-controlled valves, one for air and another for O2, ensuring optimal gas flow management. Additionally, it features two check-valves to prevent backward gas flow, a mixing chamber with built-in pressure and temperature sensors, a flow-controlled inhale valve, PEEP control valve, and exhale valve. To ensure maximum hygiene, bacterial filters will be strategically positioned at both the inlet and outlet of the system.
