A 3D chalkboard street sign model featuring a wooden frame, back chalkboard, and front chalkboard comes with individual materials, non-overlapping UV layout maps, and PBR textures. This production-ready model can be easily customized by editing the textures using the non-overlapping UV layout maps and provided diffuse (albedo) textures. The model includes unique, meaningful names for each object, material, or texture and offers PBR textures in a subfolder of BLEND, MAX (VRAY), and UNITY zip packages. Rendered using Cycles for Blender 3D and V-Ray Adv 2.30.02 for 3DS MAX 2012, the model is available in multiple formats, including 3DS, FBX, OBJ, and Unity package (Unity 5, with Metallic Workflow Standard Shader materials and textures). The UV-unwrapped model includes non-overlapping UV layout maps and PBR textures for Cycles (Blender 3D), V-Ray Adv 2.30.02 (3DS MAX 2012), and Unity 5, with channels for Base Color (Diffuse/Albedo), Metallic, Roughness, Normals, Ambient Occlusion, and Alpha (Opacity). The model features a resolution of 2048x2048 PBR colors and textures, is polygonal with quads only and no poles, has real-world dimensions, a uniform scale object, and stripped textures in the 3DS MAX scene. Note that the main renderings were made using an HDR Environment Texture Image not included in the package.
