Chalicotherium goldfussia : Standing Tall
myminifactory
Chalicotherium goldfussi was a large, heavily built animal, standing up to 2.5 meters tall at the shoulder and weighing up to 1,000 kg. Its most distinctive feature was its forelimbs, which were much longer and more robust than its hind legs, giving it a hunched appearance. These forelimbs ended in large, curved claws that were probably used to pull down branches and strip leaves from trees. Its hind legs were more suited for walking and running, and its body was supported by four toes on each foot. Fossils of Chalicotherium goldfussi have been found in Europe, Asia, and Africa, and it is believed to have lived in open woodlands and savannas, feeding on leaves and soft plant material. Model includes a Pre-supported version. The model is sized for 1:35 of the actual size. You can reduce or enlarge the model using the slicing software if you need a different size. Pre-supported model is oriented to minimize supports to the face and other high-detail parts. Care should be taken when removing the supports to avoid damaging the model.
