Home Depot's chaise lounge finally gave up after many years of faithful service, its hinge succumbing to wear and tear. This ingenious design is actually a remix of the MultiGP hinged corner for PVC gates, cleverly reworked by kwmachine. To give it an extra boost, I added sling cutout inserts, filling in the gaps with precision. To ensure maximum durability, I opted to print this piece with 100% infill, making it as solid and robust as possible.
