Chair wheel mount

A few years ago, one of my older Stokke/Varier Wing office chair wheels snapped. It turned out you can't just swap out any standard office wheel; they don't line up properly and have varying heights. So I opted to buy a new set from Stokke/Varier despite the high cost with shipping. After several years, my extra spares ran dry, leaving me in need of another purchase. However, having acquired a 3D printer, I might not be required to do so this time around. To avoid this situation in the future, I created a new mount design using Fusion 360 that would accommodate a more affordable Clas Ohlson office wheel. This new design utilizes the same screw holes already drilled into the chair. Initially, I was concerned about weight capacity, but my worries were alleviated after testing the new mount with up to 200 lbs over the past year. It's likely the even distribution of weight, combined with increased perimeter counts and higher infill percentages (see settings below), contributed to its reliability.
