This product is designed for architectural 3D rendering purposes. Although the model may not be directly imported into software like Unity, its textures can be effortlessly baked in 3Ds Max or Maya (with V-Ray installed) to enable seamless integration. The model comes pre-unwrapped, shaded, and textured, requiring only placement in your scene. Smoothing is not necessary, and the textures are easily modifiable or replaceable. Constructed in real scale, metrically measured in centimeters, the software used is 3Ds Max 2017, with VRay as the renderer. Note that the provided scene only includes the object for sale, excluding the VRay light, environment, and camera.
