The model can be used in any project. Originally created with 3ds Max 2014 software. This model includes Corona render materials. Textures are included as part of the package. The model is built to a real-world scale for accurate representation. No third-party plugin is required to use this model. Previews were rendered using Corona. Excellent for interior renderings due to its high-quality design. Key Features: 1) High-poly, accurately scaled model for precise object representation. 2) Model comes fully textured with all materials applied for a realistic look. 3) All textures and materials are included in various formats for easy use. 4) Units: millimeters 5) Texture paths have been stripped to prevent any issues. 6) Models were manually unwrapped for optimal results. 7) Lighting is not included, but can be easily added by the user. Supported File Formats: 1) 3ds Max 2014 and Corona 2) OBJ 3) FBX 4) 3DS 5) Texture files Important Notice: Make sure you have the latest version of archiving software installed. Some products may not include MTL files with OBJ, but they can be requested and prepared quickly. Be aware that this model was designed for 3ds Max first and the shaders used in previews are optimized for Corona render only.
