Chair Headrest
thingiverse
I'm working with an office chair (brand unknown since it's a hand-me-down) that has three screws at the back for attaching a headrest. The goal is to design and print the headrest, but some parts are too large for my home printer, so I'll have to wait until my work printer becomes available. To make this project successful, you'll need to print two thumb screws (these will provide optional height adjustment). All the components fit together perfectly except for two - the long holes should align and house a metal rod in each one. This design feature is intended to add strength to the headrest when resting my head on it.
