I've got a chair with five perfectly good casters, but somehow I ended up in openScad, measuring every detail of the sixth caster's peg to ensure accuracy. Before I knew it, I was completely immersed in the project and had to complete the entire thing myself. The wheels on this chair feature a carefully designed recess for a skate bearing, which should provide excellent support. However, please keep in mind that I'm not accountable if you decide to build one of these chairs and experience any issues with it breaking down.
