Chair Back REPAIR
thingiverse
This was more to test my capabilities with simple tasks. The kids managed to break the dining room chair five times before I finally found a solution. No amount of wood glue could hold it together anymore, but I refused to give up. Despite sawdust covering the photos, they show significant improvement over the previous state. I've included three versions; version two is the one that ultimately worked for me. To repair the chair, I removed the broken section, fit the new piece in place, drilled pilot holes, and applied wood glue before reassembling it with screws. This repair has held up well for months, even after a few accidental chair tumbles.
